How to Apply in Siena, Italy.

Tuition fee of University of Siena is 2200-2400 euro per Year. depend on course.

1^st Step:

Apply online, you can find the link for applying online in University website or Click the link below.
Admission start usually in February.

2^nd Step:

Complete your documents.

If you’re going to apply for Bachelor you need all documents which is mention below,

·       Matric or High Secondary School Certificate (Not Result Card) Attested with relevant board then IBCC and Ministry of foreign Affair (1 original and 3 photocopies).

·       FSc or Intermediate Certificate (Not Result Card) Attested with relevant board then IBCC and Ministry of foreign Affair (1 original and 3 photocopies).

·       Course Detail outline e.g. Subject name and All topics which you studied (Main topics) no need to attest with anyone (3 photocopies).

·       IELTS (6.0) Original Result Card.

·       Domicile Original and 1 photocopies.

·       Passport valid for at least one Year and 3 copies.

·       8 passport size pictures with white and Blue back ground.

If you’re going to apply for Masters you need all documents which is mention below,

·       Matric or High Secondary School Certificate (Not Result Card) Attested with relevant board then IBCC and Ministry of foreign Affair (1 original and 3 photocopies).

·       FSc or Intermediate Certificate (Not Result Card) Attested with relevant board then IBCC and Ministry of foreign Affair (1 original and 3 photocopies).

·       Course Detail outline e.g. Subject name and All topics which you studied (Main topics) no need to attest with anyone (3 photocopies).

·       Detail Mark Sheet (DMC) Attested from university then HEC and Ministry of foreign Affair (1 original and 3 photocopies).

·       Degree Attested from university then HEC and Ministry of foreign Affair (1 original and 3 photocopies).

·       IELTS (6.0) Original Result Card.

·       Domicile Original and 1 photocopies.

·       Passport valid for at least one Year and 3 copies.

·       8 passport size pictures with white and Blue back ground.

After Attest all documents you need translation of Matric, FSc and Degree in Italian Language.

3^rd Step:

Take the appointment from Gerry FedEx to submit you documents to Embassy for Pre-Enrolment and DOV through the Telephone.

4^th Step:

After the conformation the appointment date then you have to go Embassy on that day with all documents, Pre-Enrolment and DOV forms.

5^th Step:

After the submission of all documents then you have to wait for conformation call by embassy, they will call you after 4-6 weeks for submission of Visa application.

For Visa Application Requirements.

·       Bank Statement at least 10 Lac which is in your account.

·       Travel Insurance.

·       Hotel or Hostel Reservation in Italy.

·       Ticket Reservation.

·       Polio Certificate.

·       Visa Application form (you can take from Gerry office).

·       4 Passport size pictures with white background.

·       Acceptance letter.

Note: You have to reserve the Hotel and Ticket not buy, after submission of your documents then you can cancel all reservations.

6^th Step:

Wait for your passport collection call.
